Predictive dialer is typically part of a call center system. It is often deployed by organizations that need to address some of the problems arising from the need to make large volumes of calls. Predictive dialers are used by credit card companies, telemarketing companies, and other companies typically in B2C industries. Prior to predictive dialers, call center agents had to manually dial telephone numbers in order to reach their desire call recipients. This is very labor intensive and inefficient.
